Keto Pancake Recipe
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup vanilla whey protein powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Throw it all in a bowl and whisk until fluffy and airy.

So this is the keto pancake recipe I’ve fallen in love with, it really helps when I need a bit of comfort. I’ve adapted this from the one Sugar-Free Mom, Brenda Bennett, has on her site.
I put the recipe first because it really annoys me to have to scroll through all the chatter to find it!!
I usually half this recipe for me because it is just too much for one person.
From the original recipe I cut the stevia, cause you know, I’m sweet enough already.
I use butter to fry rather than coconut oil, cause you know, BUTTER!!
And if you follow me on Intsa then you know I always have mine with bacon, cause why not and of course BACON!!
